On average it takes 7 days from the time of order to it arriving at your home or office, but rest assured that we will keep you updated.
If the product is defective/dead on arrival, we will send a courier to pick it up and replace it for you at no cost to you. However, if you made a mistake with the order (e.g. purchased the wrong model), you will be liable for the courier fee. Additionally, a return will only be entertained within 7 days of receipt of the device, and if the shredder packaging is opened, a 15% handling fee will be applied.
You can easily change your shipping address in your user profile. If you have already made the order, please contact our support for help.
We don’t issue a tracking number after you have made a purchase, but it is managed by our sales team and we will keep you informed.

At the moment our products can only be delivered in South Africa. We will keep this page updated if that changes in the future.
To simplify deliveries and to minimize cost, we always try to combine all orders in a single trip, but it is possible that it may be split up.
